'Stan' is a true story about the life of Sarah's Grandad: Stanley Burndred. The narrative is based on letters Sarah's Nan wrote to her about Stan and conversations with members of the family.
The story describes one ordinary man's life and the people who loved him.
Sarah Lippett has been a freelance illustrator since 2006. She has a BA(hons) in Illustration from the Universty of Brighton and an MA in Visual Communication from the Royal College of Art.
Her cliens include The Guardian, The New York Times and Wichita Records.
'Stan' is her first book.
